Professional office seeking a well organized individual with excellent computer skills. Serves as a receptionist and point of first contact for all visitors to the office. Provides assistance and administrative support for all areas of the agency. Types dictated material and proofreads to ensure error-free content. Must demonstrate effective telephone etiquette and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Effective telephone etiquette.
-Effective verbal and written communication.
-Ability to comfortably navigate around personal computer.
-Knowledgeable about the mechanics and applications of Microsoft Office.
-Friendly, enjoys dealing with people.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk)
