Jessica is the Business Manager. She joined our agency and became a licensed agent in 2009. Jessica's main focus is technology, computer software automation and employee training. She is currently working towards completion of the CIC designation by attending the 20 hour advanced coverage education seminar each year along with her additional required hours of insurance education to add to her expertise.
