Personal Lines Risk Manager
. She joined our agency in 1984 and became a licensed agent in 1985. In 1990, Shelly obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and in 2000, she obtained her Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation. She attends a 20 hour CIC advanced coverage education seminar each year along with her additional required hours of insurance education to add to her expertise.
