NON-URGENT CLAIMS: These are generally claims that don’t require immediate attention or advice on what to do. Please call our office the next business day, as outlined above in "During Regular Business Hours."
URGENT OR SERIOUS CLAIMS: For claims that are more serious or require immediate attention and/or claims or accidents that you need some immediate guidance or assistance on you have 2 choices:

Their claim reporting number is for after hours emergency, urgent or serious claim reporting only. This company requires that you report all other claims directly to our agency.
